Thai company Cobra to mass produce Radinn’s electric surfboards

Cobra International is partnering with Radinn to mass produce its new range of electric powered surfboards. Swedish innovator Radinn produces some of the fastest jetboards on the market, offering three board models. The partnership between the two materialised since Radinn was looking to ramp up production and intended to reduce overall board weight.

Composite bridge in US' city demonstrates alternative for old bridges

A new high-tech composite bridge in north central Tennessee is being seen as demonstrating the benefits of composite materials for rural bridge work. The bridge has been constructed under a partnership led by the Advanced Composites Manufacturing Innovation, or IACMI—The Composites Institute. It replaced a damaged, decades-old concrete crossing.

Grist Mill Bridge with AIT Bridges’ beams opens

The replacement of the Grist Mill Bridge, which now has composite beams supplied by AIT Bridges, a division of Advanced Infrastructure Technologies (AIT), a designer and supplier of composite bridge systems and structural components, has opened to traffic.
