Italia Technology Alliance (ITA Holding) has welcomed Sadas, a Lucca-based company specialising in system integration and automation solutions and electrification for industrial plants, into the Group. The objective of this operation is part of the broader development plan that ITA carries out at a strategic level and which has recently seen the entry of other companies active in the fields of industrial automation, software development and process digitisation.

The last of these realities is Sadas, a company founded in 2005 with the aim of making skills and know-how available to companies in the paper and tissue sector. The company has experienced a growth that has allowed it to expand its reference market, reaching other product sectors such as food and beverage, energy, chemical, nautical and manufacturing in general.

“Sadas represents the perfect example of a district company with strong digital industrial know-how, which has been able to grow thanks to innovation. At the basis of our partnership there is in fact a shared value, first of all the desire to renew and renew ourselves, in order to be increasingly performing in facing the challenges of the global and international market,” said Mauro Celli,  shareholder of ITA Holding.

The sole director of Sadas will be Luca Brugioni, assisted by the new general manager Flavio Batti. Giuseppe Simonini will be responsible for the commercial department with the usual technical support from Diego Bonvicini, Marco Porta and Luigi Franceschi.

The operation was followed, on behalf of the seller, by the team composed of Lawyer Andrea Dianda, of the Dianda Law Firm and Dr. Stefano Cordoni and Dr. Alessia Giometti, of the Cordoni & Giometti associated firm. On behalf of the buyer, by the team composed of Lawyer Francesco Fiumanò, of the ITA Law Firm and member of the Fiumanò & Partners law firm and Dr. David Ninci, of the Del Grande Ninci Associati Corporate and Management Tax Consulting Firm.
